Should feminists defend every kind of abortion? Can we make decisions self-determined at all? Which kind of knowledge arises through prenatal analysis? Are they serving prevention or are they ableistic?
In her book “Selbstbestimmte Norm. Feminismus, Pränataldiagnostik, Abtreibung” Kirsten Achtelik answers these questions regarding the eagerness between the emancipatoric and the system obtaining potentials of the feminist concept of “self-determination” in the case of abortion.
Afterwards: Discussion, Wine & Cheese.
