- Number of accompanying persons (with names)?
- Do you prefer hotel accomodation in Hotel Edelweiss und Gurgl (10 minutes walking distance from the University Centre)? Reservation will also be handled by the University Centre.
- Do you intend to use the bus provided from Innsbruck Airport or Innsbruck main railway station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof) to Obergurgl on Sunday, August 28, in the afternoon? We plan to provide a bus also on Friday, September 2, for the return journey to Innsbruck.
- Would you like to give a talk (30 minutes)? Title of the talk.
- Since not every participant will be able to give a talk, would you be willing to present a poster? The final decision about talks will be made by the Programme Committee.
There will be no registration fee for invited participants. All invited participants will be responsible for paying their own accommodation costs, and should settle their account directly in Obergurgl. Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations after July 31, 2011.
