International coordinator of VIRSU, applied-linguistic research platform for Finno-Ugric languages as target languages
2010–2013:
Team leader (Vienna), dissemination leader and leader of the Austrian case study in the EU-FP7 research project ELDIA (European Language Diversity for All).
2009–2012:
Team coordinator (Vienna) in the research project Ob-Ugric languages, an ESF/Eurocores project within the EuroBABEL programme.
2008–2011:
Leader of the research project Typology of Negation in Ob-Ugric and Samoyedic Languages, funded by FWF.
1999–2002:
Leader of the research project Omasta ja vieraasta rakentuminen (Building with things borrowed and new: history and contacts of the Finnic languages), funded by the Academy of Finland.
