“Practical Animal Reasoning”
The point in that paper is to expand upon Hanjo Glock’s account of animal agency and argue for a way in which non-human animals may be able to possess the concept of a reason.
“Übersehene Generische Maskulina”
I’ve co-authored this with my very good friend Marlene Valek. We looked at the most prestigeous German-language philosophy journal (Deutsche Zeitschrift für Philosophie) and checked how authors in the papers they published in 2020 used gender inclusive language. Turns out, they either don’t at all, or they don’t do it completely consistently.
