50 years of the general relativistic Cauchy problem: errata

In the eventuality of a second edition of
"The Einstein Equations and the Large Scale Behavior of Gravitational Fields (50 Years of the Cauchy Problem in General Relativity)", we are interested in any comments on misprints, mistakes and omissions.

List of corrections:

The title page should list Chrusciel and Friedrich as editors, not as authors
* p72: should this be "deWitt metric" or "DeWitt metric" ??? ("DeWitt" is the spelling used by the author on his papers on canonical quantum gravity.)
* p97: Ringstrom --> Ringstr"om
page 411, second paragraph from the bottom: "Mess results involves" should read "Mess results involve"
The running title in Friedman's contribution needs improvement
Change the paper so that you can't see the next page through the current one.
