Lukas Theussl

I am currently working in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Vienna.

Here I am mostly concerned with project management and controlling within the Third-Party Funding Service unit of the Faculty of Physics.

In my diploma thesis, that I did at the Institut für Theoretische Physik of the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Austria, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Willibald Plessas, I investigated strong decays of baryon resonances in a chiral constituent quark model.

My PhD thesis, that I did at the Institut des Sciences Nucléaires (now: Laboratoire de Physique Subatomique et de Cosmologie) in Grenoble, France, was aimed at quite the same subject, the investigation of baryon resonances in constituent quark models, based on chiral symmetry, but with some extensions in the direction of a relativistic description in the Bethe-Salpeter framework. My supervisor was Bertrand Desplanques.
