Abstract .
We consider the following dominance relation between strict equilibria:
A dominates B if A drives out B along a travelling wave
(in the reaction diffusion system, with the replicator dynamics as reaction term).
We construct examples of asymmetric 2 person pure coordination games for which
this dominance relation is not transitive and hence is different from risk-dominance.
This contrasts a related result of Hofbauer (1997)
who shows that with the best response dynamics as reaction term,
the analogous dominance relation is the same as risk-dominance.
