is affiliated to the Department of Philosophy at the University of Vienna, where she teaches since 2010, and the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Her main research and teaching areas include: Deconstruction, Queer-Feminist Philosophy, Écriture feminine (Trans*Writing), thinking the body, Performance Philosophy.

From 2014-2017 she holds a Postdoc position in the research project “Artist Philosophers. Philosophy AS Arts-Based research” sponsored by the Austrian Science Funds FWF [AR 275-G21] at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna, Principle Investigator: Arno Böhler.

Her current research project is: „Trans*Writing. Immanence and Transformation. Towards a Political, Ethical and Aesthetical Theory of Writing as Artistic Research“ (submitted as Elise Richter PEEK / Austrian Science Funds FWF / [V635]).
