1. In the last displayed equation of Theorem 7.4.7, under the sum symbol, instead of \ln x^i there should be (x^{n}\ln x)^i (I am grateful to Dylan Helliwell for pointing this out.)
2. In the second displayed equation on p. 57, $F'[\phi_0]u$ should be replaced by $F'[\phi]u$
