an object-oriented parallel Stokes code in Ada95

COSSAM  has evolved over the years 1997-2008 and can be traced back to an Ada83 code written by G. Könighofer and M.J.Stift. The Atlas12 continuous opacity routines have been translated to Ada95 by K.M. Bischof.

The present public version dates from December 28, 2008.
