Katharine is invited to the Nachwuchstagung ‘Medien Denken’, set to take place on October 30-31 and organised by Mediologie @ Wien, a research community at the University of Vienna. She will present her keynote entitled “What matters? ‘doing’ media governance with ignorance”, which will be part of the panel ‘Medien der Moderne’ (Media of the modern era).
Katharine will be one of the keynote speakers at the Salford International Media Festival and Academic Conference ‘Challenging Media Landscapes – Exploring Media Choice and Freedom’, to be held at the University of Salford, MediaCityUK. She will talk about Public service in media landscapes and the state in Europe: changing the rules of the game?.
