View from my office, 5 Dec 2006, around 4pm

Did I ever mention that I have this really great view from my office window, which sometimes is not just great, but actually quite spectacular?

I think you've understated the case, just a bit here, Horst.

The above comment seems awkward even to me. What I meant to say was: this view is more beautiful than words can describe.

Ah, good ole City Hall. Always makes for some terribly nice shots.

wasn't it you, horst, who told me that these spectacular colours are caused by air pollution?

Natalie said on December 9, 2006 04:15 PM:

Are you sure you didn't Photoshop-enhance it? In any case, spekkkktakular. So that's where Egon Schiele and the others got their colours.

Horst said on December 10, 2006 12:23 AM:

It's unenhanced, but I have to admit that the camera on my mobile phone rendered the colours even more spectacular than they already were -- the turquoise bits were really more indigo, but the orange on the picture is just as it was in reality.
