Gherkins

Ever since seeing the gherkin video at that exhibition on Sunday, I've had this craving for gherkins. I finally had some today. They were delicious.

To me gherkins are something to be savored in the summer, but they (I mean the dill kind), go very well with the Beef on 'Weck (kümmelweck),so popular in Buffalo NY, all year round.
