The problem

Lewis Trondheim feels he ought to lose some weight
from Lewis Trondheim, Approximativement. Paris: Cornélius, 2001.

I so know how it feels. And then they tell you that if you go on a diet, chances are that you'll actually gain weight soon afterwards.

Never go on diet. Change your eating habits. For good. Anyways, this problem cannot be solved by diets but only by sit ups.

I am not referring to Horst in particular. Everybody tells me how slim I am. Still I know exactly the same experience.

That's an argument for Chicken Run if ever I saw one...
P.S. I've actually started running. Well, jogging. Sort of.

Move somewhere where it takes you more than seven minutes to bicycle to work! ;-)

More sports! Today I cycled about 90 km in the south of Vienna. For the Viennese: 13th district of Vienna - Inzersdorf - Kanalradweg - Kottingbrunn - Thermenradweg/EuroVelo 9 - close to Wr. Neustadt (but not yet there, only to the airfield which should be about 5 - 8 km away from Wr. Neustadt). And back of course. 5.5 hours, 5225 kcal. Though itīs getting more and more difficult to cycle there at this time of the year - itīs getting darker too early.
