Dark Matter Structure Formation Movies

Simulations

Basis for the movies are N-body simulations with Gadget 2.0.7 with 128^3 respectively 256^3 dark matter particles. The initial conditions are generated using Cosmics 1.0.4 applying WMAP7 data and enforcing several small Gaussian shaped overdensities.
