Maier, E. (2006): Solvatisierungseigenschaften unterschiedlich behandelter Wässer (Dilutive characters of differently treated water). Diplomarbeit, Technische Universität Graz.

Summary:

"SECRET..."

Double blind tests were made regarding different water treatments (among them "votalization") using the following methods: - Dilutive characteristics of AgCl (potentiometry) - phase characterisation of lime (RDX) - corrosion behavior of steel (qualitative) - enzyme kinetics d. beta Glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.2) - STD-H-NMR d. beta-Glucosidase (EC 3.2.1.2) - characteristics of the hydrogen bond.

The detailed results of this diploma thesis, performed with the support of one or more water "vitalisation" compnanies, are disclosed to the public until 2011 due to a secrecy agreement.

Evaluation:

Don't you think that the results of this thesis would have been distributed throughout the media as a sensation long ago - if they showed just the least effect of "water vitalisation"?

It does not seem good scientific practice to me to keep results secret. If any negative results are "hushed up" by secrecy agreements, the responsible scientists thus support the sale of ineffective products.
