Summary:

"The determined values are clearly higher than the allowed maximum values of the Austrian Nutritional Law."

The submitted water sample, 1 bottle, hand-written label "UVO", was examined with the following results:

Microbiology:
Germ number on Plate-Count- .
Agar at 37° C in 1,0 ml.................1 200
Germ number on Gelatine Agar
at 20° C in 1,0 ml.................15 500.

...this is cause for an objection according to the Austrian Nutrition Book III, chapter B 1.

Evaluation:

A court trial regarding this case could not find out if the bottle was originally sealed (stated by the Consumer Protection Organisation) or had been opened (stated by UVO). Therefore, the two parties agreed that the statement that Grander water is unhealthy was withdrawn.
